All orders are made to order by hand in our own international production facility with the upmost of care and attention to detail.

We treat all orders first come first served, so right now hand made custom production time averages 2-3 weeks after payment. We never rush production as each piece is kept to the highest standard. You will always be kept updated on your piece throughout this time frame.

Shipping times refer to time in transit after the piece completes production and leaves our factory - Once your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping is on average 3 - 7 days after production depending on country.

Yes, we can produce waterproof versions for outdoors events. Please specify your application when you submit your custom order Enquiry or choose it direct on our custom sign product page. The cost increases by £20.

All of our signs connect directly into a standard power socket (with plug for each shipping country) and it comes with a 12V transformer.

The lifetime of LED light lasts minimum of 30,000 hours. That is equivalent to 10 years if you turn on neon sign for 10 hours per day. This is about 3 times longer lifespan than traditional gas neon signs. Normally if there is a problem it’s usually the transformer that fails, however these are replaceable items and we can supply replacements if necessary if outside of the warranty period.

Not at all. LED is environmentally friendly and maintenance free.

You can find the colours available on the Create your own sign page. We also offer an RGB option which gives you access to more colours with the use of a remote.

Our LED neon signs are only 12V so run at a much safer voltage than traditional neon. Because of its low output voltage, no heat will be generated on the outer surface even after long hours of operating.

We offer a 2 year warranty on materials and workmanship on all of our neon signs excluding the outdoor signs which will have a 6 month warranty. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

The majority of neon signs that we supply are for internal use, and come mounted on an acrylic panel (making them easily portable), complete with a normal mains plug, which can be plugged into an accessible plug socket. The sign simply needs to be fixed onto the wall, or suspended from chain. Neon signs for permanent external use, and some large internal neon signs, will require specialist installation.

Unlike traditional glass neon, all our neon products are made from advanced LED flex. Since LED flex is made with PVC and acrylic, they are durable and long-lasting. Each light is encased in flexible rubber tubing, and powered by LEDs.

Every LED flex product from sculpt neon is affordable, economical, and safer than traditional glass neon signs. At the same time, they provide a visual dazzle that’s better than glass neon signs.

Yes! We can ship all over the world.

Yes, however some fonts and designs work better than others like script and sans-serif fonts. We will recommend only monoline (equal width) fonts due to the tube that we are using. Calligraphy/brush styles can’t be replicated precisely. We are more than happy to advise and assist with your ideas.
